The more we practice, the more our five promises come to life, and we begin to realize our fullest and finest potential!
1. Self Awareness. Yoga has the power to heal. With patience, peace and perseverance, all things are possible.
2. Mindfulness. Be here, right now. Be present, with acceptance, no judgment and no competition. Through physical strength, we achieve inner peace.
3. Community. We are stronger, together, encouraging growth, friendship and community. It’s never how we fall, it’s how we rise.
4. Self-advocacy. We believe in honoring choices, tapping into our inner wisdom, listening to our body to build confidence and courage.
5. Yoga is a journey first a journey inward, then a journey outward. As we heal ourselves, we heal others through modeling positivity. Shine bright so those around you are encouraged to shine as well and make a better world.
Owner and Teacher
“When we connect our bodies, our minds, and our worlds, the little “aha!” moments take root, paving the way for healthy thoughts, healthy words and healthy actions.”
Deborah was actively involved in competitive sports throughout college and beyond, and after multiple injuries, looked to yoga to self-heal. Deborah was also looking to prepare herself physically for a missionary trip to Africa.
Discovering a love for the natural rhythms of yoga — and hot yoga in particular — Deborah began to heal from the inside out. The rediscovery and healing of her own body sparked a passion to help others in the same journey. Deborah quickly became a qualified instructor, working to gain additional certifications as a registered yoga teacher, Reiki Certified and 500 E-RYT, YACEP (continuing education provider in the yoga community).
Deborah’s passion for teaching is apparent in her dynamic energy and creative vinyasa flows. She encourages yogis of all skill levels to tap into their potential through breath and proper alignment. “Yoga is not only for the body, but also for the mind, the Yamas and the Niyamas.”
Strong, playful, and mindful, Sonny’s classes seek to bridge the gaps between the body, mind, and spirit with humor, style, and grace. He has over 200 hours with corepower and over 500 hours with smartFlow. For him, to live a richer more connected life is a worthy goal for each student. Always listening, reading, and studying how people move and relate to their surroundings and to themselves, he pours everything he learns back into his classes. Sonny loves a good cheesy song to hum along with.
“I have a disciplined practice of love and devotion connected with all that is good, positive and divine, applying my practice in this reality, every moment of my life.”

“A time and place for you to self study and create your research.”
Josh is constantly evolving through his own practice. He is 500 E-RYT Certified (Experienced Yoga Teacher) with training at YogaWorks. Josh especially appreciates YNG students’ passion to show up and practice. On his birthday, Josh prefers berry pie, not traditional birthday cake!
